Online Returns

To begin the online return process, email hello@musexmuse.com to request a return label. Please note that the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund once the return is processed.

Refunds

Items can be refunded within 10 days of delivery, provided they are in perfect condition.

Exchange & store credit

After the initial 10 days, items can be returned for an exchange or store credit. Returns for exchange or credit must be made within 30 days of delivery.
