Online Returns
To begin the online return process, email hello@musexmuse.com to request a return label. Please note that the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund once the return is processed.
Refunds
Items can be refunded within 10 days of delivery, provided they are in perfect condition.
Exchange & store credit
Please email hello@musexmuse.com about any changes to your order within 24 hours of purchase or as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, we are no longer able to change it.
