Yes! MUSE x MUSE has a charming storefront located in the West Village of New York City with selection of pieces available to view and try on. Please note that not all pieces are available in store, if there is a specific piece that you would like to see please call or email us ahead of your visit.

Shipping
Immediate availability and lead times are listed on each product page. Items that are in stock will be shipped within 5 business days. If your order needs to be produced for you, the item will ship as soon as it is ready within the lead time specified.
All domestic shipments are made using FedEx Priority-Overnight. The shipment will be fully insured meaning someone will need to be available to sign for the package. Email hello@musexmuse.com if you need additional delivery coordination.
Shipping is free on all orders within the United States and Canada using a fully insured Fedex Priority-Overnight service. Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated at checkout and based on the destination.

Please email hello@musexmuse.com about any changes to your order within 24 hours of purchase or as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, we are no longer able to change it.
Repair and resize services are available on a case by case basis. Please reach out to hello@musexmuse.com with your order number, a picture of your piece, and the details of your desired repair / resize.
Online Returns:
- To begin the online return process, email hello@musexmuse.com to request a return label. Please note that the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund once the return is processed.
Refunds:
- Items can be refunded within 10 days of delivery, provided they are in perfect condition.
Exchanges and Store Credit:
- After the initial 10 days, items can be returned for an exchange or store credit.
Returns for exchange or credit must be made within 30 days of delivery.
