Christina Alexiou
Christina Alexiou was born in Athens, Greece, where she began the life-long relationship with design that ultimately led to the launch of her eponymous brand. From working as a fashion editor for established magazines to becoming an interior designer for some of the most iconic nightclubs in Greece, Christina has always aimed to infuse her creations with a strong sense of atmosphere. She is driven by the core belief that “what makes something beautiful is how it makes you feel,” so therefore beauty must have substance and character. As a jewelry collector for many years, Christina has always appreciated the deeply personal nature of jewelry, and its ability to convey both cultural and individual identities. When she began designing her own pieces, Christina sought to evoke that same powerful effect by using traditional crafting techniques that have been preserved by Greek jewelers since ancient times. Her pieces seamlessly blend timeless elegance with contemporary edginess, a symphony of virtuosic gold craftsmanship and special stones with beauty and character. Each design has its own unique story, one that seeks to be united with its intended owner.
