Shipping Policy

Shipping Information:

Please allow 1-3 business days for online orders to be processed. Once processed the shipping procedures are as follows.

All jewelry orders shipping to addresses within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) will receive free priority overnight shipping. Below details the services and guarantees that will be used:

Carrier:
We use Fedex priority overnight for all of our domestic shipments.
Signature will be required for all deliveries.

Insurance:
All packages are completely insured while in transit to your location through Malca Amit.

International Shipping:

We are happy to ship to a non-US address provided it is being sent to the billing address associated with the credit card being used.
The shipping charge associated with the order will vary depending on the country to which it is going.
If you are receiving your order outside of the United States, you will be responsible for all taxes / duties incurred through the customs department of the country to which you are shipping.
It is possible for some orders to experience a delay in customs. We have no control over this and ask that you contact your local customs agency if necessary.

Return Policy

All sales can be refunded 10 days after delivery of piece. After 10 days the piece can be returned for exchange or store credit.
