Every Mother Counts strives to make pregnancy and childbirth safe, respectful and equitable for every mother, everywhere. The maternal health non-profit was founded in 2010 by Christy Turlington Burns and is particularly near and dear to MUSE, as one of the reasons our founder Jennifer started Have A Heart is to make it easier to regularly give back as a full-time working mother. The opportunity to support other mothers through EMC, which educates the public about maternal health and invests in community-led programs to improve access to essential maternity care, is incredibly meaningful. To date, EMC has invested more than $24 million globally in 33 programs and has directly impacted more than one million lives. We are thrilled to contribute to this vital effort
